Terrible receptionist Isiah, apart from him everything else was ok
Staff except for Isaih was helpful and nice. Rooms were clean. Great location.
The night receptionist, Isaih had terrible customer service. There was an accident in the parking lot caused by him, and instead of helping he stood there and made a joke out of it.

I had a nice stay at the hotel, the pool was nice and the room was very comfortable
They constatly closed the gate so it was hard to get in or out.

it's okay the location and the price is good. the avitations are nothing out of the ordinary.
There is no parking, it does not count and the hotel is not able to park a car by rooms There are 12 rooms and only 5 cars fit. The first day I arrived from my business meeting at 12 o'clock at night and I parked in the entrance because they told me that there was no more space. at 5 in the morning there was a knock on the door of my room asking me to move my car because someone would come out. something that did not make me comfortable at all.The other days I left the car outside in the street and it was hit. The next day I went into the pool to cool off, the gardener arrived and the entire pool was full of grass. no one cleaned it and others arrived and we still had to get involved. you pin a towel and you are questioned, maybe it is not the fault of the employees, the mistake is that they are not training, for good customer service. soap and shampoo dispensers do not know which is for the body and which is for the hair, it seems that it is very low with too much water. You take the water from the avitacion and it is not refillable or replaceable.
